PROVISION OF SERVICES REGULATIONS 2009
 
I operate as a sole trader registered with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (www.ciat.org.uk  T: +44 (0)2 072 782 206) and I am subject to its Code of Conduct. My membership number with that Institute is M6139. 

I am also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (www.ciarb.org), membership number 15657, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (www.ciob.org.uk), membership number 1424679.

Services

I am experienced in providing services for domestic and commercial architecture and construction technology as well as separate expert and project management services.  I provide expert advice in disputes arising from litigation, boundaries, rights of light, the Party Wall etc Act 1996 and construction specification and detailing.  I am also experienced as a CDM Coordinator under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007, and I provide mentoring services to allied practices.

My Service Agreement provides a comprehensive description of the scope, detail and limitations of the service I offer and I believe it to be a fair and balanced basis for my appointment.

Complaints

In the unlikely event of a complaint regarding my service I shall use my best efforts to resolve any written complaint. satisfactorily, and as quickly as possible.  If there is a written complaint about my service which I am unable to resolve, I will provide a copy of the procedure for handling complaints.
